This early access pilot runs product checks and evidence processing in your browser.

Information stored on your device

Product answers, assessment results, extracted document text and review history are stored in this browser’s local storage.
These records are not synced between devices and are not available to other Polaris users.
Use your own device and browser profile. Anyone with access to that browser profile may be able to see its saved Polaris information.
Use the in-product removal controls or clear this site’s browser data to remove locally stored records. Exported files are saved wherever your browser downloads are stored.

EU product ID preparation

The PID preparation page does not save form entries. When you export a CSV, the file is downloaded to your device and is not sent to Polaris.

Documents and AI review

Evidence files are read by the browser for text extraction. Polaris does not upload source documents or extracted assessment text to a Polaris server in this pilot. AI document review is disabled. The assessment page loads PDF and DOCX reading libraries from cdnjs; your browser contacts that service to download the libraries.

Website access

The website host may process standard technical access information, such as requests needed to deliver the pages. Polaris does not use an account system, analytics profile, or cross-device assessment database in this pilot.

Limits

This is an early access product, not a secure document-management service. Do not use it for highly sensitive or legally privileged material. Polaris provides preparation guidance and evidence organization; it does not certify products or replace advice from a qualified professional or competent authority.

Questions or deletion help

Use the feedback route provided by the person who invited you to this pilot. Because assessment records are stored in your browser, the pilot operator cannot remotely view or delete them.
